Dental alginate impression material available in powder form, with two types differing in working time.
It minimizes powder dispersion, is easy to mix, and has a smooth finish that adapts to various plasters.
It does not sag in the oral cavity and is easy to remove after setting, making it friendly for both users and patients.

Usage instruction
- Measurement
- Before use, thoroughly loosen the powder and measure it with the dedicated New Algistar measuring tool and spoon set.
The basic ratio is 8.3g of powder (1 spoon) to 19ml of water (1/3 measuring cup). - Mixing
- Mix quickly and evenly with a spatula for 20-30 seconds.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions if using a mixer. - Taking Impressions
- Fill the tray with the mixed material and insert it into the oral cavity before it begins to set.
The standard setting characteristics are based on a water and room temperature of 23℃.
Note that the setting time will be shorter if the temperature is higher.
Once set, remove the impression from the oral cavity and rinse the mouth. - Model Making
- Remove excess water from the impression surface and promptly pour in dental plaster or die stone.
