  3. Based on the standard processing time, remove the tray from the liquid (refer to Table 1).
  4. Immediately remove the alginate impression materials from the tray and rinse it with running water.
  5. If white sediment appears in the liquid or if the entire liquid becomes white and cloudy, please replace with new liquid.
  1. Soaking the tray for a long time each time will shorten the solution’s lifespan.

Q&A Icon
  • Can it be used with any impression material?Open
It can be used with general alginate impression materials.
For some products (mechanical paste-type impression materials), please use a dedicated remover.
  • Is it okay to immerse for a long time (such as overnight)?Open
Long-term immersion is not recommended as it may reduce effectiveness and damage the tray.
It is recommended to remove it within the standard processing time (30 minutes for single arch trays, 1 hour for full arch trays).
  • Will it damage the tray?Open
Metal trays may discolor or corrode.
However, compared to dissolving-type tray cleaners, the risk is lower due to shorter immersion times.
  • What is its processing capacity?Open
AL Remover can process approximately 660 single arch trays or 300 full arch trays per 2 liters.
  • When should it be replaced?Open
Replace when it becomes cloudy. (Processing speed will decrease due to reduced effectiveness)
  • How should the used liquid be disposed of?Open
As it is a cleaner based on citric acid, consult your contracted industrial waste disposal company for disposal.
  • Is the liquid acidic or alkaline?Open
    It is mildly acidic.
  • What are the benefits compared to powdered cleaners?Open
It is easy to use as is.
By shrinking and peeling off the impression material, the liquid stays clean and can be used hygienically without the need for post-treatment.
  • Does the temperature of the liquid affect its effectiveness?Open
    Lower temperatures reduce processing effectiveness.
Approximately 25℃ is the most effective.
Be cautious as temperatures above 40℃ may accelerate tray damage.
