Dental Die Stone TypeⅣ : DF Rock
DF Rock is a Dental Die Stone (TypeⅣ) designed for high-precision models.
It minimizes that prevent powder scattering, surface roughness, and chipping.
Applications
Used for creating various models, including indirect inlays, crowns, bridges, partial dentures, and full dentures.
Features
- Dust-Free
- Minimizes powder scattering during weighing and mixing.
- Smooth Model Surface
- Offers excellent application properties, resulting in denser and smoother surfaces when used with various impression materials.
- Reduced Chipping
- Features extremely low setting expansion, producing high-strength, high dimensional accuracy models.
- Color
- Brown-yellow color enhances visibility of margin lines and reduces light reflection.

- What does DF stand for in the product name?Open
- DF stands for Dust Free.
It helps maintain a clean working environment by reducing powder scattering.

- I learned that using Dental Die Stone (TypeⅣ) on alginate impression materials causes surface roughness. Why can DF Rock be used?Open
- DF Rock is less affected by syneresis (the phenomenon where excess water seeps out from alginate impression materials), which causes surface roughness.
