Usage Instructions

Using gypsum-based investment materials may cause burrs on the margins.
In such cases, avoid rapid heating or use margin wax.
Avoid continuous operation with high-speed milling machines (over 15 patterns).
Ensure cutting powder from this product does not enter your eyes.
If it does, rinse immediately with plenty of water and meet the doctor immediately.
Since this product is flammable, use caution to avoid burns during use.
When incinerating, use local exhaust systems or ventilators to prevent inhalation of smoke and vapors.

How should I handle milling debris sticking to the milling bar?Open

Adjust the temperature and cutting speed inside the milling machine.
The SAN ESU Disk W might be softening due to high temperatures inside the machine.
Can it be used with high-speed milling machines?Open

It is not recommended due to the increased risk of deformation.
While it has high cutting performance, continuous operation for more than 15 patterns may be affected by heat.
