  • 1919

    Started manufacturing “baked gypsum” and “chalk” in the current location.

  • 1927

    Invented and started manufacturing “gypsum plaster” for the first time in Japan.

  • 1932

    Incorporated as a company.

  • 1947

    Opened Osaka office.

  • 1948

    Opened Tokyo office.

  • 1949

    Opened Chubu office.

  • 1952

    Established Seto Plant in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture.

  • 1956

    Opened Fukuoka office.

  • 1962

    Opened Chugoku and Shikoku offices.

  • 1971

    Received the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Director General’s Award for outstanding business rationalization.

  • 1976

    Increased capital to 100 million yen.

  • 1980

    Completed a new hard gypsum plant.

    Held the 70th-anniversary commemorative ceremony.
